1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using everythingzimseq ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

These terms apply to all users of the Platform, including students, educators, and visitors.

2. Description of Services

everythingzimseq provides educational resources for ZIMSEC Ordinary Level examination preparation, including:

  • Past examination papers and marking schemes
  • Interactive quizzes and practice tests
  • Study notes and syllabus documents
  • Progress tracking and performance analytics

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

3.2 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in prohibited activities.

4. Subscription and Payments

4.1 Free and Premium Tiers

The Platform offers both free and premium subscription tiers. Free users have limited access to quizzes and downloads. Premium subscribers receive unlimited access to all features.

4.2 Payment Terms

  • Premium subscriptions are billed monthly at the current rate (USD $1.50/month)
  • Payments are processed through Paynow (Zimbabwe)
  • Subscriptions are valid for 30 days from the date of payment
  • Prices may change with reasonable notice

4.3 Refunds

Due to the digital nature of our services, refunds are generally not provided. However, we may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis for technical issues that prevent access to paid features.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Copy, distribute, or sell our content without permission
  • Use automated tools to scrape or download content
  • Attempt to hack, disrupt, or damage the Platform
  • Upload malicious content or spam
  • Impersonate others or provide false information
  • Use the Platform for any illegal purpose
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Our Content

All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by everythingzimseq or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

6.2 ZIMSEC Materials

Past examination papers and related materials are provided for educational purposes. ZIMSEC retains all rights to their examination content. We use these materials under fair use principles for educational purposes.

6.3 Your License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our content for personal, non-commercial educational purposes only.

7. User Content

If you submit any content to our Platform (such as feedback or suggestions), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, modify, and display that content for the purpose of improving our services.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE:

  • That the Platform will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • The accuracy or completeness of any content
  • That our content reflects current ZIMSEC syllabus requirements
  • Any specific academic results from using our services

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EVERYTHINGZIMSEQ SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Loss of data, profits, or academic opportunities
  • Damages exceeding the amount paid for our services in the past 12 months

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless everythingzimseq and its team from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these terms or misuse of the Platform.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Significant changes will be notified through the Platform or via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Zimbabwe. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Zimbabwe.

13. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
