How do I upgrade to Premium?
Log in to your account, go to your Profile page, and click on the "Upgrade to Premium" button. You can pay using Paynow.
Can I access the platform offline?
Currently, everythingzimseq requires an internet connection. We're working on offline features for the future.
How do I report an error in a question or answer?

Is my payment information secure?
Yes. We use Paynow, a trusted Zimbabwean payment gateway. We never store your payment card details on our servers.
